You may return or exchange your online purchase to any of our KicksUSA locations. Customers must present receipt and a valid form of ID for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If the payment form cannot be determined, a merchandise credit will be issued. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded when online purchases are returned in store.
Please note that stores cannot accept online purchases that were paid with PayPal.
