In order to update your information in your account, please login to your KicksUSA account.
Once logged in, you will be directed to the "My Dashboard" page. You can make edits to your email address and billing/shipping address here. You can also click "Account Information" to make changes to your name, email address and password. You can also click "Address Book" to make changes to your billing/shipping address, or enter additional addresses.
Please note that changing your email in your account information will not change the email address for any preexisting orders you have placed. If you need to change your email address on a preexisting order, please contact our Customer Service Department. Please provide your full name and order # when contacting us along with the corrected email address you wish to update to.
