To update your information, first log into your KicksUSA account.
You can make edits to your email address and billing/shipping address from your account Dashboard.
You can also access Account Information on the left menu to make changes to your name, email address and password.
You can also access Address Book on the left menu to make changes to your billing/shipping address, or enter additional addresses.
Please note that changing your email through your KicksUSA account will not change the email address for any preexisting orders you have placed. If you need to change your email address on a preexisting order, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.
